Move an Enhance Website to a different Enhance Cluster

Before proceeding, a .tar.gz backup of the Enhance website you would like to move is needed.

To download an Enhance website backup:

1. Open Websites in the left side bar
2. Select Manage on the website you would like to move to a new cluster
3. When the website dashboard loads, select the ... menu in the top right hand corner of the top card
4. Click Download website data This will create a tar.gz file including the files and database from the point on selecting download.

To move an Enhance website to Enhance:

1. Open Websites in the left side bar
2. Select Add website and create a blank website. This can be created on the same or different domain to the domain in the backup.
3. When the website dashboard loads select Upload backup
4. When the modal loads, select Choose file and select your backup. Once a file is selected, the import will begin automatically.
