Add a catch-all email addresses

A catch-all email address accepts all emails sent to an address on a domain, this includes any non-existent or misspelled email addresses. This means that a hello@domain.com catch-all email address will also receive mail sent to helo@domain.com and hi@domain.com.

To create a catch-all email address:

1. On your website dashboard select Emails
2. Click Add account
3. Complete the form ensuring you select Make this email address a catch-all
4. Click Save

To convert an existing email address to a catch-all:

WARNING

Only one catch-all email address can be created per domain.

1. On your website dashboard select Emails
2. Locate the email address you would like to convert and select Manage
3. Scroll to Catch-all
4. Toggle Catch-all on
