Transfer Website Ownership

It is possible to transfer the ownership of a website between customers (organisations) in an Enhance cluster.

Transferring the ownership of a website will fully relinquish the ownership of all website data and email accounts.

WARNING

If this website uses Cloudflare, this will be disconnected once ownership is transferred.

To transfer the ownership of a website:

1. Open Websites in the left side bar
2. Open the drop down menu on the website you would like to transfer and click Transfer ownership
3. When the modal loads, select the Organisation and then the Package you would like the website to be placed on
4. Click Transfer ownership to finish
